Council Meetings

Council meetings are held in the Municipal office on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 p.m.

Should you wish to be included on the agenda for any meeting, please contact the Clerk, Mark Becker, in advance for a scheduled time, along with providing a written submission detailing the nature of the request to Council for inclusion in the agenda package prior to 12:00 noon on the Thursday before the meeting of the Council.

Agenda Policy

The Agenda itself will be posted on the website at closing time on the Friday prior to the Council Meeting.

Requests from the public for copies of the correspondence from the agenda will only be copied on the Monday and/or Tuesday, prior to the Council Meeting.

Requests from the public for copies of correspondence from the agenda will be provided free of charge up to 10 pages. Every page thereafter will be at the cost of .25 cents per page.
